Account Executive

Creative Sign Systems is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to help expand our presence among institutional clients nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment—building long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that combine design, craftsmanship, and operational excellence.

Develop new business opportunities from initial contact through close

Qualifications & Ideal Traits

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Lead Installer

Creative Sign Systems is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, enjoys hands-on work, and welcomes the opportunity to travel nationwide installing architectural and wayfinding signage in healthcare and institutional environments.

Core Focus

Lead the on-site installation of interior signage systems at client facilities across the U.S.
Interpret drawings and field conditions to ensure accurate layout, alignment, and code-compliant placement
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently; oversee site preparation and quality control
Collaborate closely with project managers, fabricators, and clients to complete each installation to the highest standards
Expect approximately 80% travel (Monday–Friday); remaining time will be spent supporting fabrication operations at our Beltsville, MD headquarters

Qualifications & Ideal Traits

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of related experience in sign installation, finish carpentry, or light construction
Solid understanding of layout, measuring, and mounting techniques
Familiarity with ADA and life-safety code requirements for signage (training provided)

Strong attention to detail with a professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to travel nationally and maintain eligibility for access to federal facilities

Fabrication Team Member

Creative Sign Systems is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our production team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, problem-solving, and contributing to the creation of architectural and wayfinding signage that enhances institutional environments nationwide.

Core Focus

Operate CNC routers (preferably Multicam), panel saws, table saws, drill presses, and related fabrication equipment safely and accurately
Support the Fabrication Department Lead with daily production, assembly, and quality assurance
Maintain equipment, organize materials, and assist in refining fabrication processes for efficiency and precision
Perform general assembly and finishing tasks to prepare signage for installation

Qualifications & Ideal Traits

Minimum 3 years of CNC router operation experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid math skills and ability to interpret and manipulate technical drawings
Collaborative mindset with clear communication and a positive, can-do attitude

Project Coordinator / Estimator

Creative Sign Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator / Estimator to support the development and delivery of architectural signage and wayfinding projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or signage industries is preferred.

Core Focus

Review client requests, project documents, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and proposals
Perform quantity take-offs and assist with sign programming and message schedules
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes when required
Interpret architectural drawings to determine scope and materials
Track and follow up on proposals to ensure timely submission and client communication
Support project teams by coordinating technical details, pricing, and documentation
Maintain resource data for materials, products, vendors, and government standards

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

Vinyl & Print Department Specialist

Creative Sign Systems is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl & Print Department Specialist to join our production team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys working with advanced print and graphics technology.

Core Focus

Serve as the lead vinyl layout artist and operator, producing and applying graphics to various signage substrates
Operate and maintain vinyl plotters, laminators, and related equipment
Support large-format print production, including material preparation, loading/unloading, and post-print finishing
Learn and assist in all aspects of the large-format printing process with the goal of becoming a fully trained operator
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on equipment to ensure consistent quality and maximum uptime
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for print and vinyl production challenges
Maintain organized workflows and material inventory for multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications & Ideal Traits

Minimum 2 years of experience as a vinyl graphics specialist
Expert proficiency with Flexi Software and strong knowledge of vinyl layout, cutting, and application
Familiarity with large-format printing, four-color processes, and RIP workflows (experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe, or similar software a plus)
Strong math, layout, and spatial reasoning skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple production jobs simultaneously
